Fact Sheet
Another Day, Another Moon
The Cassini spacecraft will fly just 300 miles above the surface of Saturn's moon Dione on Tuesday. Tall ice cliffs criss-cross the moon, forming bright white streaks on its surface. Cassini has flown close to several moons during its 15 months in orbit around Saturn, and it scheduled to make many more close passes during the remainder of its mission. [Credit: NASA/JPL/SSI]
