Hubble Space Telescope heads back to work after release from space shuttle Columbia on March 9. During five spacewalks, Columbia's astronauts replaced the orbiting observatory's solar panels and a scientific instrument, repaired a cooling system, and conducted other needed repairs and upgrades. Hubble's next service call is scheduled for 2004.
